Refund & Returns Policy

Satisfaction of our customers is paramount at Arquebuse Skincare Australia. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item less shipping costs, financial institution charges to your credit card (or original method of payment).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your return is approved. We will process a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

International Customers, duties and taxes are collected by the government in your country, therefore we cannot reimburse for these expenses.
